Site Engineer
We are a project management company looking for a first class professional to oversee projects in the Galle Fort area.
Essential Skills:
- Proven Hands on Site Management Experience for a period of not less than 5 Years.
- Bsc in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Qualifications.
- Fluent written and Spoken English.
- Candidate with QS experience preffered.
- Fully Computer Literate in MS Office, MS Project and a Computer Aided Design Package.
Main Responsibilities:
- All aspects of Planning and Site Management in relation to Contractors, Sub-contractors and Day Labourers.
- Liaising with Clients and Architects to ensure that the required high standard of Construction is achieved.
- Must be able to Read and Understand Project Drawings and Bill of Quantities from award of contract to topping out.
